I am Burak Arslan, a mobile engineer. I have been shipping native iOS and Android apps for years, and today I build and operate several production apps across different products and teams, with AI systems behind a number of them.

What holds my attention now is the layer between the app and the model: on-device inference, hybrid routing, orchestration, and the cost of running all of it. I take those systems apart, measure them, and write down what actually happened.
